Hello, this is the development team of Arcane Saga. We sincerely thank all the successors who have found Arcane Saga. Since the official service began, we have received a lot of feedback through various channels.

Among them, we would like to provide guidance on the update direction regarding 'Hero Fragments'. Arcane Saga is designed with a structure where you can acquire all heroes by simply playing the game. By clearing stages, quests, achievements, etc, you can earn 'Fame,' and as this Fame accumulates, you can naturally acquire heroes on the Path of Glory.

Furthermore, for successors who want to acquire heroes faster than through the Path of Glory, we have created a system where you can use Crystals to immediately obtain heroes.

However, contrary to our intentions, it has been confirmed that many successors have the experience from a typical collectible game perspective that 'collecting fragments allows you to obtain the corresponding hero.'

In light of this, we acknowledge the experiences and opinions of many successors and are preparing an update that adds a system where you can immediately obtain a hero by collecting a predetermined number of Hero Piece.

Even after the update, the system allowing immediate hero acquisition using Crystals, regardless of Hero Piece possession, will be maintained.

In summary, assuming you have a predetermined number ofHero Piece, you can choose whether to obtain the hero with Hero Piece or use Crystals to immediately obtain the hero and use the Hero Piece for upgrades.

However, please note that this was not a pre-planned feature, and the update is expected to take a minimum of 2-3 days due to various external factors such as market reviews.

Although we have a strong desire to improve quickly, there are various external factors such as market reviews that make it difficult for us to proceed based solely on our thoughts and intentions. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

We will make every effort to improve this aspect as quickly as possible and strive to provide an enjoyable Arcane Saga gameplay experience.
