# 24.02.12 World Arena Issue

Hello, this is Arcane Saga.

As of February 12th (Monday)(UTC), we have confirmed an issue where World Arena rewards are not being delivered properly.

Immediately after identifying the cause of the issue, we have compiled a list of affected users and are working diligently to distribute the World Arena rewards via in-game mail as soon as possible, scheduled for today.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that Arcane Saga is committed to doing our best to stabilize the gaming environment.
