🌟 Issue Fixes

· The issue where Morax could not be used immediately after being obtained as a premium summon mileage reward will be fixed. · The average level of bots (AI) matched in the Gold ~ Challenger ranks of Arena & World Arena will be adjusted downwards. · The issue where the button does not work and hero fragments cannot be exchanged with medals in the shop will be fixed. · The issue where the consent for receiving promotional information alerts is not applied in the settings/game screen will be fixed. · The issue where the description of the obtainable rewards for the Arena content is incorrectly displayed in the notification upon account level up will be fixed. · The issue where some item names in the shop for hero fragment exchange are incorrectly labeled will be fixed.
